Natinalism And The Creation Of Italy

Nationalism is the belief that one should not be devoted to a king but to people who share the same culture and history. I am nationalistic by what i do for my country. I show appreciation for what the leaders of this country done for me. Nationalism united Italy because two leaders one idealistic and the other practical worked together and settled their different goals. They contributed to the unification of Italy as the numbers of Italians who were no longer able to live under foreign rulers increased.

Simon Bolivar and Latin American Revolutions

Simon Bolivar accomplished many things in life. He liberated most of South America. He led his army of less than twenty five hundred men to attack spanish guards of Boyaca and liberated Bogota. Simon Bolivar helped defeat the spanish, and was fighting for the freedom of South America. Simon Bolivar was influenced in his quest for revolution by the United States who had just won their Independance from Great Britan.
